This is an exciting opportunity to join a new unit that has responsibility for delivering service improvement across the Force for the benefit of the public. In this role you will provide research support by interrogating force crime and incident databases. You will then prepare management and statistical information reports for internal and external customers. The role also involves supporting the unit’s analysis team.

You will have a good standard of education with a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be self-motivated with the ability to become proficient in new systems in a short time period. Excellent research skills are obviously key to this role but it is also essential that you have a high level of attention to detail, effective written and oral communication skills and are able to work under pressure.
