Team Leader - Witness Care Unit
Location: Royal Berkshire Fire Headquarters, Calcot, Reading
In this role the successful candidate will manage the day to day line management and supervision of Witness Care Officers to ensure the department functions efficiently and effectively. You will be managing workloads and ensuring that the interface between the police and external contacts is supportive of providing the highest possible quality of service to victims and witnesses.
You will need to have proven ability of a supervisory role in a customer focused environment, together with practical experience of analysing and managing performance. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written is considered essential, together with proven time management and organisational skills. Experience of intermediate level MS Office IT (including Word and Excel) and a full UK driving licence is also considered essential.
Interviews for this role will commence from 26th October onwards.
