Administrative Support Assistant
Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Support Assistant to work within the SMT Department. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for providing and delivering a range of administrative support functions such as typing reports, taking minutes and organising meetings. The successful candidate will be required to multi task and ensure that stationery is ordered and managed for the station.
You must have a good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and an NVQ Level 1 in Administration / Customer Services or proven experience in a similar environment. You will also be IT literate with experience in Word, Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources. It is essential that you have a proven ability to work as part of a team providing support and assistance as required along with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organisation.
